The Interfaith Diplomacy Organizations Network is a unique coalition of approximately twenty Israeli organizations dedicated to advancing interfaith relations, building trust, and promoting regional and international cooperation. The Network brings together civil society organizations, research centers, educational institutions, religious leaders, and practitioners who share the understanding that the complex challenges facing the Middle East cannot be addressed by any single organization alone. Through knowledge-sharing, strategic partnerships, and the development of joint initiatives, the Network seeks to strengthen the impact of each member organization while fostering a meaningful Israeli voice in the field of interfaith diplomacy.
The member organizations represent a wide range of activities, including dialogue among religious leaders, community engagement, academic research, professional training, educational programs, partnerships with institutions and organizations across the Muslim world, the promotion of religious freedom, the protection of holy sites, and the development of regional initiatives focused on peace, resilience, and social cohesion.
The Network convenes regular learning forums, develops collaborative projects, leads professional delegations throughout the region, and cultivates long-term partnerships with international stakeholders. By connecting expertise, experience, and relationships built over many years, it enables its members to work strategically together and significantly expand their collective impact.
The Network's vision is to strengthen Israel's role as a global leader in the field of interfaith diplomacy and to promote cooperation among religions, cultures, and societies as a practical tool for advancing trust, stability, and hope throughout the region and beyond.
In June 2026, the Network participated in the Third Forum of Tolerance in Abu Dhabi and became the first Israeli delegation to publicly express solidarity with the United Arab Emirates during the Iran–Israel war.
The Network is coordinated by Dr. Roee Horen — Roee@jic.org.il
